The dress it beautiful with great qualityI purchased it for my niece’s 1st birthday. It’s a cute dress. It served its purpose. The only problem I had was the bow. I thought it was going to be a regular headband but you have to tie it yourself. The fabric was soft and fresh. I used the headband as belt and it worked out perfectly.I like the dress is good quality for the price. I ordered it for donut Birthday themed party. Just about one size smaller than expected. If you order it upsize.Fit my daughter perfect the fabric isn’t really stretchy but still fit nicelyThe fabric isn’t cotton.
