The Passage, a Dance, & a Little White Dress is book 2 in the Enlighten series and is a great follow up to The Guardian, a Sword, & Stilettos. It picks up right where the first book leaves off and jumps right back into action, delving deeper into the worlds and lives of Zoe’s friends as she seeks out the help of any Enlighten who will stand with her against the forces of evil. And then there’s the mysterious, unpredictable, is he good or is he bad, new neighbor who greatly resembles Zoe’s now missing boyfriend Shay.This book held my interest all the way through from beginning to end with twists and turns, heartbreak, the discovery of new powers awakening, and of course the mystery that is Aiden. Ending with a gasp and a ‘oh no’ cliffhanger, not to mention the fact that I am dying to know what Kieran was going to say, I can’t wait for the next book in the series to come out.Well done Kristin D.
